PickMySpot – Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using PickMySpot, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. About PickMySpot

PickMySpot is an online platform for discovering, listing, and booking picnic spots. We provide the platform for spot owners and users to connect and complete bookings.

We act only as an intermediary and are not responsible for the actions of spot owners or users beyond providing the Platform.

2. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use PickMySpot.

  • You must provide accurate, up‑to‑date information during registration.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and activities under your account.

  • You agree to notify PickMySpot immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Bookings

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the spot owner.

  • Spot availability, rates, and cancellation policies are set by owners and displayed on the listing.

  • PickMySpot is not responsible for inaccurate listing details; always confirm details with the owner before booking.

4. Payments

  • Payments must be made through PickMySpot’s payment gateway unless otherwise stated.

  • PickMySpot reserves the right to change pricing and service fees at any time.

  • You agree to pay all applicable charges in full and promptly.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies are set by spot owners and are displayed in each listing.

  • Refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy of the respective owner.

  • PickMySpot reserves the right to retain service fees in case of cancellations.

6. User Responsibilities

By using PickMySpot, you agree to:

  • Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws.

  • Treat other users and spot owners with respect.

  • Follow all rules of the booked spot.

  • Avoid misuse of the Platform, such as posting fraudulent or misleading listings or information.

7. Owner Responsibilities

Spot owners agree to:

  • Provide accurate details of their listing.

  • Ensure the safety and legal compliance of their spot.

  • Resolve disputes with users promptly and fairly.

  • Remove any listing that violates laws or PickMySpot’s rules.

8. Liability

  • PickMySpot is not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, or dispute arising from the use of the Platform or the booked spot.

  • Users and spot owners must resolve disputes directly; PickMySpot may assist but has no liability.

  • PickMySpot is not liable for technical issues, interruptions, or errors in the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on PickMySpot, including logos, graphics, and text, is owned by PickMySpot or its licensors.

  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

10. Termination

  • PickMySpot may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms & Conditions.

  • You may terminate your account by contacting support and following the account closure process.

11. Changes to Terms

  • PickMySpot may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from the use of PickMySpot will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts.
