PickMySpot Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Free Cancellation Window
Guests can cancel within 5 days of booking for a full refund of the advance payment, provided the check-in date is still at least 5 days away.
2. Cancellations Between 5 to 2 Days Before Check-in
Guests who cancel between 5 to 2 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the advance payment made at the time of booking.
3. Cancellations Within 2 Days of Check-in or No-shows
No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 2 days of the check-in date.
No refund will also be provided for no-shows (when the guest does not arrive).
4. Owner-Initiated Cancellations
If an owner must cancel due to unavoidable reasons (such as maintenance, weather, or emergencies), the guest will receive a full refund of the advance payment.
Frequent owner cancellations may affect listing visibility on PickMySpot.
5. Refund Timeline
All eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used during booking.
