PickMySpot Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Free Cancellation Window

Guests can cancel within 5 days of booking for a full refund of the advance payment, provided the check-in date is still at least 5 days away.

2. Cancellations Between 5 to 2 Days Before Check-in

Guests who cancel between 5 to 2 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the advance payment made at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations Within 2 Days of Check-in or No-shows

  • No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 2 days of the check-in date.

  • No refund will also be provided for no-shows (when the guest does not arrive).

4. Owner-Initiated Cancellations

  • If an owner must cancel due to unavoidable reasons (such as maintenance, weather, or emergencies), the guest will receive a full refund of the advance payment.

  • Frequent owner cancellations may affect listing visibility on PickMySpot.

5. Refund Timeline

All eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used during booking.
